LILBURN PEPPERS

LOCALLY GEORGIA GROWN PEPPERS AND VEGETABLES

Aji Charapita

Aji Charapita, a pepper with origins from Peru is a rare and often difficult pepper to germinate from seeds. It is often associated with one of the most expensive peppers sold by weight, with chefs paying up to $25,000 per kilogram, but realistically can be found at more affordable prices (yet still more priced than typical peppers).

Each pea sized pepper is small, but is packed with ~50,000 Scoville units and hints of fruity, citrusy, and tropical flavor that is unique. Plants are packed with hundreds of fruit.

Come by our booth in Snellville to give these peppers a try!
